Stiftung Insel Hombroich

Stiftung Insel Hombroich is an interdisciplinary cultural foundation located on a former NATO missile base near Neuss, Germany. Founded in 1984 by art collector Karl-Heinrich Müller, the foundation merges art, architecture, and nature into a unique experiential landscape. Spanning over 60 hectares, the site includes art pavilions, studios, and exhibition spaces designed by artists and architects such as Erwin Heerich, Álvaro Siza, and Raimund Abraham. It houses works by modern masters like Yves Klein and Anatol Herzfeld and serves as both a sanctuary for reflection and a dynamic space for artistic production.
