As the frontman and lead guitarist of Black Midi from 2017 to 2024, he played a pivotal role in shaping the band's avant-garde sound, leading to critical acclaim for albums like Schlagenheim (2019), Cavalcade (2021), and Hellfire (2022). Following Black Midi's hiatus in 2024, Greep embarked on a solo career, releasing his debut album, The New Sound, on October 4, 2024. This work marks a departure from his previous style, embracing more accessible melodies and reflecting on themes of modern manhood and societal extremes.
