

Bettina Bolten is an expert in biophilia and has worked as a Biophilic Design consultant for over 10 years. She conducts research and teaches at national and international universities and institutions and is affiliated with the GREENLeaf laboratory at the University of Valle d'Aosta (Italy). She leads training courses for major architecture and engineering firms and assists companies, public and private entities, architects, contractors, and administrators in integrating biophilia into corporate strategies and Biophilic Design into architectural spaces. These spaces promote users’ psychological and physical well-being, in synergy with other sustainable strategies. Born and raised in West Germany, in close contact with nature, Bettina has over 15 years of experience in design and brand management within the luxury furniture sector, specializing in trend research and strategic consulting.
