BEEAH Headquarters is the landmark home of BEEAH Group in Sharjah, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects and inaugurated on March 30, 2022; shaped by the surrounding desert dunes, the 9,000 m² building pairs an integrated sustainability strategy with advanced digital systems, drawing power from an on-site solar array with Tesla battery storage, targeting operations at LEED Platinum standards and being designed to achieve net-zero performance, while partnerships with Microsoft, Johnson Controls, and EVOTEQ embed AI-driven capabilities for smart workplaces, visitor management, and facility operations that position the project as a regional model for the office of the future.
