

AGi architects is an international architecture and design practice working from Kuwait City and Madrid, founded by Harvard-educated principals Joaquín Pérez-Goicoechea and Nasser B. Abulhasan. The studio delivers architecture, interior design and urban planning through a multidisciplinary approach grounded in innovation, life-centric design, ecological and social interventions and research, and today comprises a team of 40 plus professionals. Recognition includes Iconic Awards 2022 Best of Best for Wafra Living, A+ Awards 2022 for Three Gardens House, multiple Middle East Architect Awards and Design Middle East’s Architectural Firm of the Year 2020, as well as finalist selection for the Aga Khan Award for Architecture 2022 for Wafra Wind Tower. Recent work includes the large-scale residential project Wafra Living in Kuwait, presented as a new model of multi-family urban living.
