Thrown is a Swedish metalcore band formed in 2019, comprising vocalist Marcus Lundqvist, guitarists Johan Liljeblad and Andreas Malm, and drummer/producer Buster Odeholm, known for his work with Humanity's Last Breath and Vildhjarta. Their music blends elements of nu-metal and hardcore, delivering intense and raw soundscapes. In 2022, they released their debut EP, "Extended Pain," which amassed over 50 million streams and remained on Spotify's Top 200 Global Metal Chart for nearly a year. Following extensive touring with bands like Counterparts, Fit for a King, and Spite, Thrown released their debut album, "Excessive Guilt," in August 2024, featuring 11 tracks totaling just over 20 minutes.
