Studio Zain Masud is a Dubai-based landscape design practice dedicated to creating immersive gardens rooted in sustainability, native and desert species, and a deep sensitivity to context. Founded by Zain Masud, the studio approaches landscape as a dialogue with architecture, playing with structure, texture, and light to reveal atmosphere and the passage of time. Before establishing the practice, Zain built a career in the art world, holding two degrees in Art History and serving as Assistant Fair Director at Art Dubai and later as International Director of the India Art Fair. She also worked as an advisor between London and Dubai for institutions including FIAC and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. In 2023, the studio was commissioned to design the landscape concept for Alserkal Avenue in Dubai, envisioned as a “desert grove.
