

Noor Abed is a Palestinian artist and filmmaker whose work explores the intersection of performance, ritual, and social practice. Her interdisciplinary projects often engage with collaborative modes of storytelling and archival research, delving into collective memory and alternative social imaginaries. Abed co-founded the School of Intrusions, a platform for experimental learning and community engagement in Palestine. Her work has been exhibited at documenta fifteen, the Mosaic Rooms, Nottingham Contemporary, and the Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center, among others. She studied at Bard College’s MFA program and the International Academy of Art Palestine.
