She has also been an artist in residence at several renowned programs, including Carnegie Mellon University’s STUDIO for Creative Inquiry and Autodesk Pier9 Workshop in San Francisco. A recipient of numerous accolades, including the Creative Capital Award (2025) and the United States Artist Fellowship (2021), Morehshin has been featured in Art21, The New York Times, BBC, and Al Jazeera, among other platforms. Morehshin is also an assistant professor of Digital Media Art at Stanford University, where she continues to influence the next generation of digital artists.
