Mit Borrás, born in Granada in 1982, is a Spanish conceptual artist and curator whose work spans installations and multimedia projects. Educated at UCM in Madrid and later at the University of Twente in the Netherlands, Borrás specializes in New Media Art. His career began to flourish in Madrid where he directed the Óptica contemporary art festival and later moved to Berlin, founding Fünf Galerie. Borrás’ art is deeply influenced by political and sociological themes, often conveyed through minimalist or simple formal solutions with a critical subtext. His work has been recognized in various international festivals, and he continues to contribute to the cultural scenes in both Madrid and Berlin as an artist, curator, and lecturer.
