Hospital Productions is an American record label founded in 1997 by Dominick Fernow, also known for his noise project Prurient. Initially, the label focused on releasing cassettes and CDrs, many featuring Fernow's own work and local acts. In 2006, Hospital Productions opened a retail store in Manhattan's East Village, which operated until December 2011. The label is renowned for its extensive catalog encompassing genres like noise, industrial, and black metal, collaborating with artists such as Painjerk, Ninos Du Brasil, and Vatican Shadow. Despite the store's closure, Hospital Productions continues to release music, maintaining its influential presence in the experimental music scene.
