Fred Again (born Frederick John Philip Gibson on July 19, 1993, in Balham, London) is an English record producer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and DJ. Mentored by Brian Eno, Fred developed his unique musical voice early, merging emotive storytelling with groundbreaking electronic production. He gained acclaim through collaborations with global icons such as Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, and FKA twigs, while his partnership with Sampha showcased his ability to craft deeply personal, soul-infused tracks. Fred Again.. launched his solo career with Actual Life (April 14 – December 17 2020), a project capturing moments of everyday life through innovative sampling. Follow-ups Actual Life 2 and Actual Life 3 cemented his reputation as a visionary, earning him Best Dance/Electronic Album at the 66th Grammy Awards. His hit "Rumble" with Skrillex and Flowdan also won Best Dance/Electronic Recording.
