Edwyn Roberts, an Italian-Argentinian singer-songwriter and composer, is regarded as one of the most appreciated young authors in Italian music. After placing fifth on Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2013, he transitioned into a successful career as a songwriter, collaborating with Niccolò Agliardi on the Braccialetti Rossi soundtrack and signing with Edizioni Curci. His credits include Malika Ayane’s triple-platinum Senza fare sul serio and Laura Pausini’s Simili, which earned a Latin Grammy nomination. Roberts co-wrote Fai rumore by Diodato, winner of Sanremo 2020, and Dove si balla by Dargen D’Amico (Sanremo 2022). At Sanremo 2024, he contributed Onda alta by D’Amico, Capolavoro by Il Volo, and Ma non tutta la vita by Ricchi e Poveri. As a performer, Roberts has shared the stage with Laura Pausini and performed at some of the world’s most prestigious venues, cementing his reputation as a dynamic presence in contemporary music.
