BREAKFAST Studio is a New York-based data and kinetic artist whose work transforms real-time environmental data into dynamic, sculptural experiences. Using custom-built systems that merge engineering with aesthetics, BREAKFAST’s installations respond to phenomena ranging from solar activity to ocean tides, rendering invisible forces into physical motion. Each piece is a live, looping performance—one that links distant geographies and events to the here and now. Founded and led by Andrew Zolty, the studio has become a technical powerhouse, enabling end-to-end creation of kinetic works at scale. Over the past 15 years, BREAKFAST has exhibited globally, from Rockefeller Center and Harvard University to the Venice Biennale and World Expo Dubai. His practice bridges art, coding, and mechanics into a language that speaks through movement and memory.
