Bilna'es (Arabic: بالناقص), translating to in the negative, is an adisciplinary publishing platform and record label dedicated to supporting artistic communities in Palestine and beyond. Founded by artists Ruanne Abou-Rahme, Basel Abbas, Muqata’a, and other anonymous collaborators, Bilna'es seeks to create new models for artists to redistribute resources and support one another in the production and circulation of work. The platform operates across various mediums, including music, video games, web projects, performances, publications, and installations. Notable projects include the vinyl publishing endeavor Only sounds that tremble through us (2025), co-developed with the Sharjah Art Foundation.
