Bicep is the electronic music duo of childhood friends Matt McBriar and Andy Ferguson, originally from Belfast and now based in London. Their journey began in 2009 with their blog "Feel My Bicep," where they shared obscure disco, house, and techno tracks, quickly gaining recognition in the electronic music scene. In 2012, they launched their label, also called Feel My Bicep, releasing music that blended nostalgic influences with forward-thinking electronic production. Signed to Ninja Tune in 2017, their self-titled debut album featured the standout track "Glue," which became a defining moment for the duo, earning accolades like DJ Mag's Track of the Year. Their follow-up album, Isles (2021), debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart and featured hits like "Apricots," solidifying their reputation for crafting emotive, immersive electronic music.
