Born in 1977 in Milan, Alessandro Roma graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan in 2001. Known for his predominantly pictorial approach, Roma's early works reflect his academic background, while his more recent investigations into casting, fabric printing, ceramics, and collage have led to the development of a new, multifaceted artistic language. His creations explore inner landscapes, drawing inspiration from both real-life experiences and literary sources, and transforming his personal imagination into tangible, accessible forms for the viewer.
