Dion Marquise Hayes, known professionally as 42 Dugg, is an American rapper from Detroit, Michigan. Born on November 25, 1994, he gained prominence through collaborations with Lil Baby, notably on the tracks "Grace" and "We Paid," the latter reaching the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100. Signed under Yo Gotti's Collective Music Group (CMG) and Lil Baby's 4 Pockets Full (4PF), 42 Dugg released his mixtape Young & Turnt 2 in 2020, which debuted on the Billboard 200 chart. His 2021 project, Free Dem Boyz, peaked at number eight on the Billboard 200, further establishing his presence in the hip-hop scene.
